# Strengthening Agricultural Infrastructure: Call for Professional Participation in Bangka Belitung
The Ministry of Public Works (Kemen PU) serves as the primary engine for infrastructure development across Indonesia, overseeing the strategic planning, construction, and management of essential assets such as highways, bridges, dams, and irrigation networks. Recognizing that reliable irrigation is the backbone of agricultural productivity, the Ministry has launched a comprehensive initiative for Land Optimization and Irrigation Enhancement. To support this mission, the PPK Irigasi dan Rawa of the Bangka Belitung River Basin Agency (Balai Wilayah Sungai Bangka Belitung) is formally inviting qualified professionals and support agencies to participate in the "Updating IGT and E-PAKSI D.I./D.I.R. Regional Authority" project for the 2025 Fiscal Year.
## Project Scope and Objectives
The primary goal of this project is to update the Irrigation Information Management System (E-PAKSI) and Integrated Thematic Geospatial Information (IGT) for regional authority irrigation districts across the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. This effort aims to provide accurate data to support decision-making, improve water distribution, and boost the overall yield of regional farmland.
## Required Professional Qualifications

Expert Personnel
* Water Resources (SDA) Expert:
* Possess a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering.
* Hold a valid Junior Water Resources Certification (SKA SDA Muda) with at least one year of professional standing.
* Minimum of one year of documented experience in water resources supervision, validated by past client references.
Support Personnel
* E-PAKSI Surveyor:
* Diploma degree (D3) in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering.
* Candidates residing within the Bangka Belitung region are highly encouraged to apply.
* Administrative Staff:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline (proof of degree via legalized diploma required).
