## Career Opportunity: Process Engineering Jr. Engineer
We are currently inviting applications for a Process Engineering Jr. Engineer position at our facility in Surabaya. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about manufacturing efficiency and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Process Engineering Jr. Engineer, you will play a vital role in our engineering lifecycle. Your primary duties will include:
* Project Support: Assisting in the comprehensive planning, implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of engineering projects.
* Performance Analysis: Collecting and evaluating performance test data to assess the success and efficiency of ongoing projects.
* Tooling Management: Overseeing the procurement, development, and integration of specialized tooling required for engineering tasks.
* Technical Development: Providing support for material analysis, product design, product development, line balancing, and rigorous process validation.
* Continuous Improvement: Drafting analytical improvement reports and taking an active lead in Kaizen initiatives and other continuous improvement programs.
Candidate Requirements
