This initiative is designed to groom future leaders in the agricultural supply chain sector, focusing on field integration, supplier development, and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess a blend of technical capability, professional drive, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, mobile work environment. To be eligible for the SDP, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
* Field Mobility: A genuine willingness to perform extensive field work, including frequent travel to visit and collaborate with local rubber farmers.
* Professional Discipline: A high level of personal discipline, a strong work ethic, and proactive enthusiasm in tackling operational challenges.
* Soft Skills: Proven capabilities in leadership, effective interpersonal communication, and persuasive negotiation.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and data management.
* Commitment: Must be willing to participate in a comprehensive six-month on-the-job training program and adhere to a two-year service bond.
* Geographic Flexibility: Full willingness to be stationed at any of the PT Kirana Megatara Tbk factory locations across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
