## Specialist Trainee Program Opportunities
We are currently recruiting for the following positions. All candidates must be willing to commit to an employment bond and accept placement across any of our operational sites.
1. Estate Assistant Trainee
This role is designed for individuals passionate about agricultural management and field operations.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Agriculture.
* Requirements: Male, single, maximum age 25 years old.
* Physical Criteria: Minimum height of 165cm and must not be colorblind.
2. Mill Assistant Trainee
Ideal for technically minded professionals focused on processing efficiency and machinery maintenance.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Mechanical Engineering, Plantation Product Processing, or related technical fields.
* Requirements: Male, single, maximum age 25 years old.
* Physical Criteria: Minimum height of 165cm and must not be colorblind.
3. Administration Assistant Trainee
This position focuses on the logistical, financial, and management support systems that keep our operations running smoothly.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Accounting, Management, or Agribusiness.
* Requirements: Single, maximum age 25 years old.
* Additional Skills: Proficiency in professional English is required.
