## Career Opportunity: CSR Program Manager
We are currently inviting applications for a highly impactful role as our CSR Program Manager, based in Jakarta. Key Responsibilities and Program Leadership
The successful candidate will be instrumental in conceptualizing, executing, and overseeing comprehensive CSR programs. Your expertise will be vital in:
* Developing and implementing strategic CSR initiatives focused on community empowerment.
* Facilitating impactful training sessions and workshops for diverse stakeholders.
* Conducting thorough social assessments, baseline surveys, and Social Return on Investment (SROI) analyses to measure program effectiveness.
* Ensuring program alignment with international sustainability principles and recognized standards, such as ISO 26000.
* Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with corporate partners and other essential stakeholders.
* Preparing compelling proposals, detailed program reports, and all necessary documentation to meet regulatory demands and partner expectations.
* Designing innovative, research-driven programs utilizing participatory approaches to maximize community engagement and impact.

General Qualifications

* A thorough understanding of sustainability principles, ISO 26000, and corporate CSR program indicators is highly valued.
