We are currently recruiting for the following technical roles. All selection processes will take place directly at our Batam Aero Technic Hangar.
1. Workscoping Planner
This role is essential for ensuring that every maintenance project is executed with precision and efficiency.
* Requirements: 4+ years of aircraft maintenance experience; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or Mechanical Engineering; valid DGCA Basic License (A1 Airframe and A4 Powerplant); proficiency in English; strong MS Office skills.
* Key Responsibilities: Review customer work packages; develop tools and materials databases based on Maintenance Planning Documents (MPD); manage maintenance timelines and Gantt charts; ensure all workscopes align with client requirements.
2. Engineering Specialist
Focused on airworthiness, this position demands sharp analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of aircraft systems.
* Requirements: 4+ years of aircraft maintenance experience; AMEL holder; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or Mechanical Engineering; strong technical and logical problem-solving skills.
* Key Responsibilities: Evaluate technical documentation for aircraft systems and components; support continued airworthiness functions; identify root causes of system issues; provide engineering solutions for complex technical challenges.
3. Shop Engineer

5. Structure Engineer
Specializing in the integrity of the aircraft, this role requires expertise in both structural analysis and regulatory compliance.
* Requirements: 4+ years of aircraft maintenance experience; AMEL holder; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or Mechanical Engineering; proficiency in AutoCAD.
