## Available Trainee Pathways
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our specialized training tracks designed to develop future industry leaders:
* Estate Assistant Trainee (EAT): Ideal for graduates with backgrounds in Agrotechnology, Plant Cultivation, Agribusiness, Forestry, or Soil Science.
* Traction Assistant Trainee (TAT): Tailored for experts in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Light Vehicle Technology, or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
* Administration Assistant Trainee (AAT): Designed for professionals specializing in Accounting or Management.
## General Candidate Qualifications
To ensure the success and development of our trainees, we maintain rigorous standards for all applicants:
* Minimum education level of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* A cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of no less than 3.00.
* A strong sense of integrity, professional work ethic, and a desire to contribute to the nation’s agricultural success.
