## Join the KLK Management Trainee 9.0 Program
We are seeking high-potential individuals to join our Management Trainee (MT) 9.0 program. This initiative is designed to groom the next generation of leaders within our diverse operations.
General Requirements
To be considered for this competitive program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Qualification: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00 (or a minimum GPA of 3.30 for the MT Mill position).
* Communication: Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory.
* Soft Skills: Proven strong leadership, exceptional communication, analytical thinking, organizational capacity, and problem-solving abilities.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at any of KLK’s operational sites across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
Available Management Trainee Tracks
We are currently recruiting for specialized tracks to support our diverse business units:
1. MT Field: Requires a degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
2. MT Mill: Requires an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation).
3. MT Sustainability: Requires a background in Social Economics, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or Forestry.
4. MT Agronomist: Requires specialization in Agriculture, Ecology, Environmental Science, Genetics, Mathematical Biology, or Life Sciences.
5. MT Hydrologist: Requires a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
