We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Officer to join our team in Magelang, Central Java. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our business operations remain compliant and legally sound as we continue to scale our regional operations.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants should possess the following credentials and skills:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from an accredited university.
* Experience: While at least one year of relevant legal experience is preferred, we welcome applications from highly motivated fresh graduates who demonstrate a strong grasp of legal principles.
* Technical Proficiency: Proven capability in analyzing, drafting, and reviewing various legal documents and contracts.
* Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system and industrial environmental permitting procedures is essential.
* Mobility: Possession of a valid Driving License (SIM A) and a willingness to conduct occasional out-of-town business travel as required by the company.
* Placement: The successful candidate will be based at our operational hub in Magelang, Central Java.
