## General Qualifications for All MDP Streams

* Proven track record of organizational involvement and leadership roles.
* Strong English proficiency (active).

1. MDP Factory
Focuses on the end-to-end production ecosystem, including planning, manufacturing, inventory management, warehousing, and quality assurance.
* Required Majors: D4/S1 in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering.
* Requirements: Ability to work in shifts and readiness for factory placement nationwide.
2. MDP Sales
An immersive dive into General Trade, emphasizing relationship building, advanced negotiation techniques, and strategic sales target management.
* Required Majors: D4/S1 in any discipline.
* Requirements: Must possess valid SIM A and SIM C driving licenses.
3. MDP Operation
Covers the core pillars of branch operations, including Logistics, Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources.
* Required Majors: S1 in Economics, Financial Management, or Accounting.
* Requirements: Solid understanding of financial statements.
4. MDP Finance Accounting
Deepens expertise in accounting processes, with a focus on cash flow reporting, treasury, and corporate auditing.
* Required Majors: S1 in Accounting.
* Requirements: Strong proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis.
