1. Production Operator (Forming)
This role is essential to the C3 Glass Block production line, focusing on the transformation of pulled glass into high-quality blank glass blocks.
* Core Duties: Monitoring the transition from molten glass to blank blocks to meet efficiency targets, identifying and mitigating defect factors, and participating in quality management and skill development programs.
* Key Qualifications:
* Male, minimum SMK graduate.
* At least 1 year of experience as a production operator.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Minimum height of 165 cm with proportional weight.
* Must be willing to work in hot, dusty, and noisy environments on a rotating shift basis.
* Placement: Cikarang.
2. Production Operator (Packing)
Focusing on the IS production area, this role ensures that finished goods are ready for safe distribution.
* Core Duties: Operating palletizer and shrink-wrapping machinery, maintaining packaging efficiency, and ensuring strict adherence to environmental and quality standards.
* Key Qualifications:
* Male, minimum SMK graduate.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in production operations.
* Proficient with computer systems.
* Minimum height 165 cm (proportional weight).
* Ready for shift work in a demanding manufacturing environment.

3. Production Operator (Screen Printing)
This position manages the manual packaging and printing operations within the IS production unit.
* Core Duties: Overseeing manual packaging processes, managing printing outputs, and contributing to ongoing operational improvements and quality assurance protocols.

* Male, minimum SMK graduate.
* 1 year of relevant production experience.
* Must be computer literate.
* Physical requirements: Min. 165 cm height, proportional weight.
* Ability to work shifts in an industrial facility.

4. Production Unit Head (Screen Printing)
