## Specific Role Requirements
1. Video Journalist
* Strong interest in current affairs and news trends.
* Proficiency in video scriptwriting and camera operation.
* Knowledge of video editing software, specifically FCP X or Premiere Pro.
* A professional appearance and experience in managing social media content (Instagram/TikTok) is a distinct advantage.
2. Video Technician
* Preferably a Broadcasting graduate.
* Expertise in OBS Studio or vMix.
* Understanding of bitrates, encoders, and video quality optimization (720p/1080p).
* Skills in lighting (including three-point lighting) and audio mixing.
* Capable of troubleshooting technical issues during live broadcasts or field reporting.
3. Producer
* Experience in producing hard news or television programs.
