NICU/Perina Coordinator
To qualify for this pivotal role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan Ners).
* Certification: Must possess a valid and active Nurse Registration Certificate (STR).
* Specialized Training: Must hold certifications in NICU specialized training, BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support), or other relevant intensive care training.
* Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience as a NICU Head Nurse or a Senior Staff Nurse in NICU/PICU environments.
* Competencies: Strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of ward management.
Inpatient Care Coordinator
We are looking for organized and decisive leaders to oversee our inpatient services:
* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan Ners).
* Certification: Possession of a valid and active STR and an active BTCLS certificate.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Unit Head or Inpatient Coordinator.
* Skills: Proven managerial and leadership skills, with the ability to perform effectively in team settings and independently.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Preferred Qualification: Candidates who have completed formal Ward Management Training are highly encouraged to apply.
