## Role Overview: Logistic Staff
The Logistic Staff position is vital to our supply chain integrity. You will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of goods, ensuring that our products reach their destinations efficiently, safely, and on time. This role requires a proactive approach to operational challenges and a dedication to maintaining high service standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Fleet Coordination: Actively monitor and coordinate with drivers to ensure all deliveries strictly adhere to pre-defined schedules and optimized routes.
* Operational Oversight: Track driver activities and transit progress in real-time throughout the entire delivery cycle.
* Problem Resolution: Manage and provide immediate follow-up on delivery bottlenecks, unexpected delays, or necessary modifications to the delivery plan.
* Documentation Management: Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all travel logs, delivery documentation, and transportation reports.
* Compliance Enforcement: Ensure that all drivers and transport personnel maintain total compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical aptitude to manage complex logistics networks.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: Proven experience in delivery monitoring, transport planning, and routing is required.
* External Relations: Familiarity with vendor management and experience in coordinating with third-party logistics partners.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities. Previous experience in vendor negotiation will be considered a significant advantage.
