1. Barge Escort Operator
We are seeking an experienced maritime professional to ensure the safe and efficient execution of marine logistics operations.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant discipline.
* Work Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in maritime operations, preferably within the palm oil industry.
* Core Competencies:
* Proven expertise in handling escort operations, anchoring procedures, and cargo loading/unloading activities.
* Solid understanding of maritime navigation principles and safety regulations.
* Proficiency in operating marine communication equipment, including VHF Radio, AIS, and GPS.
* Thorough knowledge of tugboat escort Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Familiarity with ISPS Code regulations and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Strong capability in drafting comprehensive operational reports.
* Possession of an official ISPS Code certification is strongly preferred.
* General Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong teamwork orientation, and willingness to work in rotating shifts.
2. Instrument Control Technician
This role is essential for maintaining the electrical and instrumental integrity of our advanced refinery processing units.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant field.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience, ideally gained within a palm oil processing or manufacturing environment.
* Core Competencies:
* Comprehensive mastery of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable termination techniques.
* Skilled in utilizing diagnostic tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and meggers.
* Capable of troubleshooting motor control systems, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), PLCs, and SCADA architectures.
* Strong expertise in industrial instrumentation, PLC, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
* High level of accuracy, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional time management skills, particularly when managing emergency repairs.
* General Skills: Effective communication skills, collaborative teamwork, readiness for shift-based schedules, and relevant technical certifications (which serve as a distinct advantage).
3. Tank Farm Operator

* Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant operational experience, preferably within the palm oil sector.
* Core Competencies:
* Thorough comprehension of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols and safety guidelines.
* Sound analytical aptitude and reliable problem-solving capabilities.
* General Skills: Ability to execute tasks autonomously or collaboratively within a team, strong communication skills, and willingness to work in shifts.
4. Refinery / Fractionation Operator
Play a direct role in our core manufacturing processes by overseeing the refining and fractionation stages of palm oil production.
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of practical experience in a refinery or heavy industrial setting, with preference given to candidates from the palm oil industry.
* General Skills: Demonstrated capability to work independently as well as contribute positively to a team, effective communication abilities, and flexibility to work on a shift rotation basis.
5. Boiler Operator
Ensure the continuous generation of steam and energy required for our plant operations by managing heavy boiler machinery safely.
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) education.
* Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of operating experience, preferably within the palm oil processing industry.
* Core Competencies:
* Possession of a valid Steam Boiler Operator License (SIO Pesawat Uap) is highly preferred.

6. Weighbridge Executive
