## Join Our Finance Team in Cikarang
PT AIEI Engineering Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our finance department as a Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff. This role is pivotal in maintaining the fiscal health of our manufacturing operations.
Candidate Requirements
To ensure success in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
* Gender & Attitude: Female applicants with a positive, proactive working attitude.
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Management from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a finance, accounting, or tax capacity, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
* Age Limit: Maximum 30 years old.
* Certification: Must possess valid Brevet A/B/C certifications.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Language: Proficiency in Japanese is considered a distinct advantage.
* Location: Willing to be stationed at our facility in Cikarang, West Java.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial integrity of the company through the following tasks:
1. Cost Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM).
2. Reporting: Reviewing internal financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Transaction Management: Recording accounts payable and receivable, managing receipts, invoices, and general financial documentation.
4. Cash Flow: Reconciling petty cash, managing bank reconciliations, and overseeing daily cash transactions.
5. Tax Compliance: Calculating, preparing, and submitting all tax-related filings accurately.
6. Asset Control: Maintaining systematic records and control over company assets.
