## Internship Positions at the Karawang Factory
We are currently opening doors for active university students (minimum 5th semester) who possess sharp analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with design tools like Canva is considered a significant advantage.
1. HSE Intern
* Onboarding: December
* Focus: Gap Analysis of Occupational Health & Safety Management System Implementation for Contractors.
* Ideal Candidate: Pursuing a degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3) with a solid grasp of HIRADC, SMK3, or ISO 45001. You must be comfortable performing field observations in a manufacturing setting.
2. QA Intern
* Onboarding: October/November
* Focus: Quality Risk Assessment and Quality Ownership Research.
* Ideal Candidate: Enrolled in Food Technology or related disciplines. Candidates should be familiar with ISO 9001, ISO/FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP, with a strong aptitude for data analysis and research. Involvement in campus organizations is highly valued.
3. QC Intern (Calibration Focus)
* Onboarding: November
* Focus: Transforming Central Calibration to Assurance Based.
* Ideal Candidate: Studying Physics, Instrumentation, or Metrology. We are looking for candidates who understand measurement principles, instrument accuracy, and ISO 17025 requirements. You must be physically prepared for production area inspections.
4. QC Intern (Laboratory Focus)
* Onboarding: November
* Focus: Implementation of Laboratory Management System (ISO 17025:2017).
* Ideal Candidate: Studying Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Successful applicants will have a background in laboratory documentation, workflow operations, and technical reporting.
## General Requirements for Applicants
* Educational Status: Active university student (5th semester or higher).
* Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit, and strong critical thinking.
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
