We are currently seeking a skilled and disciplined individual to join our team in Rokan Hulu, Riau, as a CWT Operator. This role is essential to our daily operations and requires a candidate who prioritizes safety and mechanical integrity.
Job Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience as a heavy equipment or unit operator. Proficiency with tractors, excavators, graders, or similar machinery is required. Previous experience in the palm oil sector is highly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: A thorough understanding of daily inspections and basic unit maintenance. Candidates must be capable of monitoring oil levels, hydraulics, coolant, fuel, tire/track condition, and unit indicators.
* Safety Standards: Full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Certification: Possession of a valid operator’s license corresponding to the relevant heavy equipment.
* Personal Attributes: Physically fit, highly disciplined, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility.
* Readiness: Willingness to work in plantation areas and adhere to the operational shifts dictated by company requirements.
