## Career Opportunity: Quality Administration Staff
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Quality Administration Staff. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our administrative processes, ensuring that our service levels meet the rigorous standards expected by our customers and principals while optimizing our operational workflows.
Core Responsibilities
* Execute administrative tasks within your designated area according to company standards.
* Uphold high service level agreements (SLAs) for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to the optimization of AAM’s working capital through efficient documentation and process control.
Candidate Requirements
* Educational background: Minimum D3 or S1 degree in any major.
* Technical proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
* Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal adaptability.
* Personal attributes: High level of precision, integrity, and accountability.
