1. Finance Staff (Accounts Receivable)
* Manage customer billing confirmations and process payment settlements.
* Coordinate collection schedules for field staff.
* Audit and verify invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
* Maintain an organized, efficient filing system for all billing documentation.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting or Management.
* At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Word.
2. Finance Staff (Accounts Payable)
* Verify billing documents and follow up on any discrepancies.
* Input financial data accurately into the company’s accounting system.
* Monitor payment processing in coordination with the Treasury/Cash Management team.
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an AP specialist within a single company.
* Solid understanding of journals and Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 23, 21, 4(2), and VAT).
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is highly preferred.
3. PPIC Staff
* Align production planning with delivery schedules, manufacturing capacity, and project milestones.
* Manage safety stock levels for both raw materials and finished goods.
* Analyze project budgets and production costs.
* Generate daily progress reports regarding stock, logistics, and internal material shipping memos.
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
* Deep knowledge of Production, Planning, and Inventory Control concepts.
4. Admin Quality Control
* Conduct product development testing and quality verification.
* Manage QC documentation, check sheets, and historical device records.
* Support data-driven analysis to ensure continuous product improvement.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Solid understanding of manufacturing-based Quality Control processes.
* Highly analytical with strong communication and initiative skills.
5. AC Technician
* Perform new unit installations and conduct routine maintenance.
* Diagnose and repair complex technical issues, including compressor and module malfunctions.
* High School Diploma (SLTA) or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance.
* Expertise in split and cassette AC systems; Daikin product knowledge is an added advantage.
* Ability to work primarily in Kapuk Poglar with mobility requirements across branches.
