## Current Recruitment: Marine Officers and Ratings

General Requirements for Applicants
All candidates must meet the following baseline criteria to be considered for a position within our fleet:
* Educational Background:
* Officers: Minimum high school diploma, D3, D4, or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized maritime academy or equivalent.
* Ratings: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Documentation: A comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV).
* Background Checks: An original or legalized, active Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
* Health Compliance: An official drug-free certificate issued by a hospital or authorized police agency.
Specific Competency Requirements
To ensure the safety and efficiency of our Ro-Ro vessel operations, candidates must hold valid certification aligned with STCW 2010 standards.
Minimum Certificate of Competency (COC)
* Deck Officers/Masters: Minimum ANT-IV.
* Engine Officers: Minimum ATT-IV.
* Ratings: Minimum Rating Forming Part of a Navigational Watch, Engine Watch, or a Ship’s Cook Certificate for galley personnel.
* Advantage: Prior sailing experience on Ro-Ro vessels or similar passenger ships is highly preferred.
Mandatory Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
Depending on your rank, you must hold the following certifications:
Masters and Deck Officers: BST, SCRB, AFF, MFA, SSO, CMT, CMHB, MC, RS, AS, BRM, ECDIS, and IMDG Code*.
* Chief Engineers/Engine Officers: BST, SCRB, AFF, MFA, SSO, CMT, CMHB, MC, and ERM.
* Ratings: BST, SCRB, AFF, SAT, and MFA.

Additional Compliance and Validity
To maintain our rigorous safety standards, all applicants must ensure their credentials meet the following expiration requirements:
1. GMDSS & ORU: Highly recommended for all officers; mandatory for Masters and First Officers.
2. Health & Safety: A medical fitness certificate from the Indonesian Seafarer Health Center (BKKP) must be valid for at least six months.
3. Core Certifications: BST (MSC) and SCRB certificates must remain valid for a minimum of six months.
4. Seaman’s Book: Must have a validity period of at least six months.
5. Commitment: Applicants must demonstrate a willingness to complete at least one full contract term without resignation.
