Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Administration Trainee program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender and Age: Male, with a maximum age of 25 years.
* Educational Background: Minimum D3, D4, or S1 degree in Accounting, Management, or Economics.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm, excellent physical health, and no history of color blindness.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Sumatra.
* Commitment: Candidates must be prepared to undergo a comprehensive 6-month training program and fulfill a 2-year service bond upon completion.
