## Position Available: HRGA Japanese Speaker
We are currently looking for a versatile and highly skilled HRGA Japanese Speaker to bridge the communication gap between our local staff and Japanese expatriates while overseeing critical administrative and operational functions.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence through the following duties:
* Linguistic Support: Provide professional consecutive and simultaneous interpretation for management meetings, audits, technical training, and daily operational communication.
* Translation Services: Accurately translate technical reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), legal contracts, official correspondence, and presentation materials.
* Meeting Coordination: Record and summarize meeting minutes for management and inter-departmental sessions in both Indonesian and Japanese.
* Expatriate Liaison: Facilitate communication during factory floor visits and assist in managing essential expatriate documentation, including visas and work permits, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
* General Affairs Management: Oversee the scheduling and performance of security and driving personnel, while ensuring the maintenance and efficient utilization of company vehicles.
* Infrastructure & IR: Maintain corporate infrastructure standards and provide vital support for Industrial Relation (IR) tasks.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Literature, Law, Management, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates with the right aptitude are encouraged to apply.
* Language Proficiency: A minimum JLPT N3 certification is required. You must demonstrate strong verbal and written command of both Japanese and English.
* Professional Experience: While entry-level candidates are welcome, preference will be given to those with at least one year of relevant professional experience.
* Technical & Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, a solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws, and familiarity with TKA (Foreign Worker) permit procedures.
* Operational Readiness: Possession of a valid SIM A driver’s license and the ability to operate a four-wheeled vehicle is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, with a salary range between IDR 7,600,000 and IDR 10,000,000.
