1. HSE Assistant Manager
This leadership role is essential for maintaining our high standards of safety and operational excellence.
* Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain HSE management systems, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee audits and risk assessments, and lead staff training initiatives.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in OHSE or Engineering; minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
* Certifications Required: NEBOSH, OHSMS, ISO Lead Auditor, SMK3 Lead Auditor, AK3 (Kemnaker), and other relevant HSE certifications.
* Expertise: Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, combined with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
2. Project Engineer
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years in ship repair within the shipyard or Oil & Gas sector.

3. Piping Supervisor
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or a related discipline.

4. Commercial Officer
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or related engineering fields.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a shipyard environment.
* Skills: Expertise in managing steel work requirements and vessel repair project documentation.
5. Electrical Engineer
* Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of power distribution, control systems, and electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB).
