## Who We Are Looking For

1. Hold at least a D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
2. Demonstrate a genuine interest in the palm oil industry.
3. Possess the willingness and flexibility to be stationed at any of our operations in Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Sulawesi.

## The PDP Timeline
Once selected, participants undergo a structured training trajectory:
* Mental & Physical Conditioning: Preparing you for the rigors of site-based leadership.
* In-Class Training: Held at our Head Office, this phase involves intense learning, direct mentorship from senior management, and industry-specific business training.
* On-the-Job Training (OJT): Immersion at our operational sites to gain hands-on technical and managerial experience.
* Final Evaluation: A concluding assessment by site management to determine permanent employment status.
