1. Audit & Risk Development Program (ARDP) – Batch 15
This program is specifically curated to mold high-potential individuals into professional Internal Auditors and Analysts. Participants will be groomed to uphold the rigorous standards of corporate governance and risk management expected within the Astra Group.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics & Business, Engineering, IT, Informatics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Mathematics.
* Location: Candidates must be graduates from universities within the Jabodetabek area.
* Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across Indonesia and accept placement in any Astra Group company nationwide.
* Competencies: Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
* Mindset: A high learning agility, curiosity, diligence, and strong adaptability.
* Communication: Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
2. Human Capital Trainee (HCT) – Batch 13
The Human Capital Trainee program is an immersive 11-month journey (February – December 2026) designed to create future-ready HR leaders. Participants will gain comprehensive exposure to various HR functions across diverse business units through a blend of intensive classroom instruction and hands-on, on-the-job training.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management, Law, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
* Location: Open for graduates from universities in the Jabodetabek area.
* Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
* Personality: Dynamic, highly adaptable, and a strong team player.
* Communication: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
* Mobility: Willingness to be placed in any Astra Group business unit across Indonesia.
