Available Positions and Educational Requirements
We are currently seeking candidates for two primary tracks. Applicants must hold a vocational high school (SMK) diploma:
* Maintenance Operator: Must possess a background in Automotive Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Production Operator: Must possess a background in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), Office Administration, or Accounting.
Core Eligibility Criteria
To ensure our team maintains its high standards, applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. Age and Academic Status: Maximum 22 years of age. Open to fresh graduates or those with up to one year of work experience; candidates must not currently be enrolled in university.
2. Physical Standards: Minimum height of 165 cm for men and 155 cm for women. Candidates must be in excellent physical and mental health, possess perfect color vision, and have natural eyesight (no glasses).
3. Soft Skills and Attitude: Must demonstrate strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a proactive attitude toward learning and personal development.
4. Operational Readiness: Willingness to work in rotating shifts and flexibility regarding placement based on current company requirements.
