* Power Plant Assistant: Manages electrical repairs and maintenance for power generation equipment. Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in troubleshooting PLC systems.
* Quality Assurance Engineering: Conducts regular operational audits across Central Workshops, transport divisions, and palm oil mills. Requires a Mechanical Engineering background and 3 years of experience.
Sustainability and Field Operations
* EHS & Fire Safety Coordinator: Leads fire management efforts and ensures compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Requires a degree in Environmental/Public Health and K3 certification.
* EHS Assistant Manager: Manages EHS reporting, environmental certifications, and accident investigation. Needs 5 years of related experience and a strong background in PROPER and ISO standards.
* Manager Hortikultura: Leads production planning and farmer development for seasonal crops. Candidates must have experience in horticulture management and strong leadership skills.
* Forestry Manager (Sago): Plans and executes sago cultivation, pest control, and harvesting in peatland areas. Requires a degree in Forestry and 5 years of industry experience.
* Forestry Staff (Sago): Coordinates logging operations and field labor management. Needs 2 years of experience in Industrial Forest Plantations.
* Sustainability Assistant Manager: Coordinates RSPO, ISPO, and ISCC certification programs. Requires 5 years of experience in palm oil sustainability.

* External Affair/Humas: Manages stakeholder engagement, government relations, and social conflict resolution. Needs a degree in Social Sciences/Law and 5 years of experience in the plantation sector.
