* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D1) degree in Agriculture, Plantation Science, or Forestry.
* Experience Level: Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, or those with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Academic Standing: A minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Marital Status: Must be single (unmarried).
* Mobility: Full readiness to be deployed to any of the company’s operational regions across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
* Training Commitment: Willingness to undergo a six-month intensive education program at the BSP Academy.
* Professional Bond: Dedication to completing a two-year service bond following the successful completion of the training.
