Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a drive for excellence and a passion for engineering. To be considered for this program, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechatronics.
* Experience: Open to entry-level applicants; those with a maximum of two years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
* Professional Skills: Must possess strong analytical thinking, leadership potential, and effective communication skills.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical diagrams, and mechanical schematics.
* Bonus Qualifications: Hands-on experience with AutoCAD or other industry-standard technical design software will be considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Active involvement in organizational or extracurricular activities is highly valued.
* Logistics: Applicants must be willing to be stationed at our Pagaden facility in Subang.
