## Recruitment Intern: Your Role and Impact
As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a vital role in fueling our expansion by helping us identify and attract the top talent in the industry. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment that values innovation and high-performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition: Actively participate in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews to identify the best fit for our teams.
* Employer Branding: Contribute to creative initiatives that showcase our company culture and enhance our reputation as a top-tier employer in the beauty sector.
* Administrative Excellence: Provide essential support for recruitment operations and documentation to ensure a seamless hiring process.
## Qualifications for Success
We are looking for motivated candidates who are ready to learn, adapt, and contribute immediately. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A fresh graduate in Psychology or a related field. Final-semester students with minimal academic commitments are also encouraged to apply.
* Skillset: You possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a natural curiosity and an energetic approach to problem-solving.
* Technical Proficiency: Prior exposure to recruitment or employer branding is a significant advantage. Proficiency in design tools like Canva to assist with branding materials is highly desired.
* Availability: You must be available for a minimum commitment of 3 months.
* Logistics: Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid capacity from our headquarters located at the Blugreen Office, Kembangan, West Jakarta.
