## Candidate Requirements and Profile
We are seeking exceptionally talented individuals who are prepared to hit the ground running. To qualify for the BesterR4W#10 cohort, you must meet the following criteria:
* Experience Level: A recent university graduate or a professional with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* Academic Background: A degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Finance, or Accounting.
* Communication Skills: Highly communicative with full professional proficiency in both English and Indonesian. Fluency in additional foreign languages is considered a significant advantage.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office—specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Candidates with existing programming experience will be prioritized.
