## Professional Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain our operational excellence, candidates are expected to meet the following criteria:
* Experience Standards: Previous experience in the mineral mining industry is highly preferred.
* Supervisor Level and Above: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the same role.
* Staff Level: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same role.
* Technical Specializations:
* Financial Expertise: Proficiency in financial reporting and costing is mandatory for Finance, Accounting, and Cost Control roles.
* Cost Management: Comprehensive understanding of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and COGM (Cost of Goods Manufactured) is required for specific cost control and accounting positions.
* Audit Background: Previous experience as an external auditor is required for Accounting Staff candidates.
* Engineering Proficiency: Civil Supervisor candidates must demonstrate mastery of AutoCAD for road construction applications.
* Language Skills: For the Marketing & Shipping Manager role, professional fluency in Mandarin is essential.
* Logistics: Candidates for the Luwuk Office Head position must possess a background in both finance and logistics management.
* Local Preference: Residents of Sulawesi are preferred for Legal Staff positions located in that region.
