1. Management Trainee (External)
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo rigorous development to understand operational excellence and leadership fundamentals within our restaurant network.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Willingness to work flexible shift schedules.
* Overseeing daily operations spanning food preparation, guest service, sanitation, safety, and security.
* Managing financial registers, cash flow, and balancing end-of-shift reports.
* Supervising and actively participating in floor activities alongside team members.

The Payroll Staff plays an essential role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely compensation for our workforce while maintaining internal financial accuracy.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Reviewing and auditing all payroll-related input data.
* Executing accurate monthly salary calculations.
* Managing end-to-end administration for national social security programs (BPJS).
* Updating salary adjustments in alignment with structural promotions or transfers.
* Recording collective attendance data and compensation metrics meticulously within designated payroll timelines.
* Managing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with high precision.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in payroll administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
