The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing vessel operations, ensuring that all logistics, documentation, and port-related activities are executed seamlessly from pre-arrival to vessel departure. Key Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the technical aptitude and communication skills necessary to represent our company effectively. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field; candidates with a background from a maritime academy are highly preferred.
* Professional Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, or individuals with up to two years of relevant experience in the shipping industry.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and oral) is mandatory for effective communication with international principals and port authorities.
* Technical Skills:

## Core Responsibilities
The Operation Staff will act as the primary point of contact for vessel calls, ensuring compliance and efficiency at every stage. Key duties include:
1. Logistics Planning: Developing operational arrangements based on strict vessel schedules and specific cargo requirements.
2. Monitoring & Coordination: Tracking vessel movements from the moment they are appointed until they successfully clear the port.
3. Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a bridge between principals, customers, surveyors, and port authorities to ensure the smooth exchange of information.
4. Documentation Management: Preparing and submitting all necessary pre-arrival and post-arrival documentation for regulatory compliance.
5. Service Facilitation: Organizing essential port services, including pilotage, tugboat assistance, mooring teams, and other necessary vessel support.
6. Operations Oversight: Coordinating vessel in-clearance with Customs, Immigration, Quarantine, and Port (CIQP) authorities while overseeing loading and discharging activities.
