* Maintain comprehensive logistics records in compliance with corporate safety and procedure standards.
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related discipline.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
* Willingness to be stationed at our project sites.
2. Senior Metallurgist
We are seeking an expert to spearhead our metallurgical strategies and drive performance optimization across our precious and base metal operations.
* Lead metallurgical studies and process improvements for gold and copper operations.
* Oversee technical aspects of mineral processing from project feasibility to commissioning.
* Collaborate with EPC contractors and engineering consultants to ensure operational excellence.
* Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Mineral Processing (a Master’s degree is considered a significant advantage).
* Minimum 7 years of specialized experience in gold, copper, or base metal processing plants.
* Deep expertise in crushing, grinding, flotation, CIL/CIP, and process plant design.
* Fluent in English and available for frequent travel to our various project sites across Indonesia.
3. Superintendent – Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for leadership and professional-level roles.
* Develop and implement employer branding initiatives, including campus outreach and recruitment marketing.

* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search.
