## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain our high standard of service and operational excellence, all applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Educational Background: All applicants must possess a minimum education of SMA/SMK or an equivalent high school diploma.
* Professional Experience:
* Positions 3, 5, 7, 9, and 10: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the applied field.
* Positions 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the applied field.
* Operational Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work on a shift-based schedule to accommodate our store operational hours.
