Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, your role will be integral to the success of our boutiques:
1. Revenue Growth: Proactively work to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
2. Product Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador by providing expert knowledge to customers regarding our high-end collections.
3. Customer Relations: Manage inquiries, build long-term rapport, and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and grace.
4. Operational Support: Assist in maintaining store presentation standards and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in any field.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of proven experience in a sales or marketing environment.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, a high level of motivation, and a target-oriented mindset.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule that aligns with mall operational hours, including working six days a week (weekends and public holidays included, with a mid-week day off).
