Available Positions
1. Staff Automation (AOT)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
2. Staff Production (PROD)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
3. Staff Japanese Interpreter (JPN)
* Education: Vocational High School (SMK) graduates with Japanese internship experience, or Bachelor’s degree (S1/D3) in Japanese Literature.
General Requirements
To ensure our team maintains its high standard of excellence, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Technical Proficiency: For the AOT position, candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of PLC, robotics, and industrial digitalization.
* Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory. For the JPN position, a JLPT N3 certificate or higher is required.
* Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Health and Physical Ability: Must not be color blind.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, proactive initiative, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
* Flexibility: Candidates for the PROD position must be willing to work under a shift system.
* Location: All selected candidates must be willing to be stationed at our facility in Jababeka, Cikarang, West Java.
