* Client Consultation & Quotations: Analyze specific customer requirements—especially for overweight, oversize, and heavy equipment shipments—and prepare accurate, competitive quotations while ensuring precise order creation within the system.
* Revenue & Relationship Management: Actively support company revenue targets while nurturing robust, long-term relationships with both current and prospective clients.
* Cargo Tracking & Proactive Communication: Monitor, track, and expedite shipments throughout the entire delivery lifecycle, delivering proactive project updates to stakeholders.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Seamlessly bridge the gap between clients, Operations, Finance, and other internal departments to align project requirements.
* Documentation & Logistics Readiness: Oversee cargo readiness, verify documentation, manage schedules, and handle all supporting logistics prerequisites.
* Issue Resolution: Efficiently manage and coordinate the resolution of customer complaints and claims in collaboration with relevant teams.
