## Current Open Positions at Cirebon Power
We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following roles:
1. Coal Procurement Support (URGENT)
This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our fuel supply chain. You will be responsible for managing coal documentation, delivery schedules, administrative coordination, and invoicing. Over time, you will evolve to take on responsibilities in coal sourcing, contract administration, and supplier management.
* Education: Diploma 3 or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years in coal, mining, or energy-related industries.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills.
* Competencies: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with PLN and external suppliers.
* Compliance: Experience handling ISO requirements and documentation.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel to remote mining sites as required.
2. Plant Operator
We are looking for skilled operators to ensure the seamless performance of our power plant units. This position requires hands-on experience in high-capacity environments and a solid understanding of power generation safety protocols.
* Experience:
* Minimum 2–3 years as a Field Operator in a Coal-Fired Power Plant (CFPP).
* Alternatively, 3–4 years of experience as a WTP Helper with CFPP operational exposure.
* Technical Expertise: Familiarity with turbines, boilers, WTP/WWTP, and Balance of Plant (BOP). Experience with Super Critical Boilers (above 660 MW) is a significant advantage.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred for Field Operators; Technical Vocational School graduates are encouraged for Helper roles.
* Safety: Knowledge and practical implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) regulations.
* Skills: Active English proficiency and relevant industry certifications or licenses are highly desirable.
* Location: Willingness to be based in Cirebon.
