## Available Positions
We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to fill the following finance and accounting roles within our organization.
1. Accounting Staff (General Ledger)
The Accounting Staff will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our daily operations.
* Processing incoming and outgoing payment vouchers.
* Managing employee payroll data, including loans and leasing arrangements.
* Generating comprehensive monthly financial reports.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Aged between 25 and 30 years old.
* Strong communication, self-management, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
* Willing to work on-site in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
2. Budgeting Supervisor (Finance)
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our financial planning and ensure budgetary alignment across our marketing and production departments.
* Developing and maintaining annual and monthly budgets.
* Preparing detailed turnover and financial reports.
* Coordinating with marketing and manufacturing teams to manage daily expenditures.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (GPA min. 3.00).
* Aged between 27 and 34 years old.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in Finance Control, Budgeting, or Auditing, ideally within the FMCG industry.
* Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel and the ability to handle complex data sets.
* Willing to work on-site in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
3. Finance Supervisor
The Finance Supervisor is responsible for rigorous budget oversight and analytical reporting to ensure the company remains on track with its financial goals.
* Executing comprehensive budget controls.
* Conducting in-depth variance and budget deviation analysis.
* Producing daily turnover reports to guide executive decision-making.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (GPA min. 3.00).
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Budgeting, Auditing, or Financial Control.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), with the ability to manage intricate data.
* Solid understanding of costing principles and fundamental accounting practices.
