## Available Career Opportunities
We are currently hiring for several key positions. Please review the requirements below to see how your skills align with our needs.
1. Cashier (Finance)
* Responsibilities: Managing daily factory cash reports, performing daily cash opname, processing sales payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining records for product and BS sales.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting or Office Administration with a GPA of at least 3.00.
* Fresh graduates are welcome; one year of cashier experience is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
2. QC Analyst
* Responsibilities: Analyzing production and incoming raw material samples, documenting analysis results, and reporting any deviations to management.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Biotechnology (GPA ≥ 3.00).
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
* Strong attention to detail, honesty, and professional agility.
3. HRGA Staff
* Responsibilities: Overseeing factory operational activities, maintaining a comfortable and safe work environment (5R, K3, ISO), managing factory permits and Halal Assurance Systems, handling industrial relations, and supervising HR administrative tasks including attendance and building maintenance.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Law or Management (GPA ≥ 3.00).
* Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
4. Quality Control Supervisor
* Responsibilities: Scheduling sample analysis, monitoring compliance with testing procedures through to product release, and managing the availability of laboratory reagents.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Biology (GPA ≥ 3.00).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a QC role.
* Comprehensive understanding of chemical and microbiological analysis.
5. PPIC Supervisor
* Responsibilities: Developing production plans, scheduling raw material arrivals, monitoring material usage, and managing inventory levels for both raw materials and finished goods.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering (GPA ≥ 3.00).
* 1–2 years of experience in PPIC; previous supervisory experience is a significant advantage.
* Strong leadership skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
6. Engineering & Production Supervisor
* Responsibilities: Monitoring daily downtime reports and repairs, managing maintenance schedules (daily to annual), evaluating technical team performance, and driving continuous improvement in engineering workflows.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (GPA ≥ 3.00).
* 1–2 years of experience in maintenance or utility management.
* Solid grasp of electrical systems and PLC programming.
