1. Agronomy Assistant Trainee
2. Traction Assistant Trainee
3. Mill Engineering Assistant Trainee
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for these positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender and Physical Standards: Male, aged no older than 27, with a minimum height of 165 cm.
* Educational Background:
* Agronomy Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, Agrotechnology, or Plantation Cultivation (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Traction/Mill Engineering Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Commitment: Must be willing to undergo comprehensive training and enter a three-year service bond with the company.
* Experience: Preference is given to candidates with prior internship or field practice experience within the palm oil plantation sector.
* Availability: Must be able to join the company as soon as possible.
