As a rapidly expanding force in the Indonesian energy market, our business model encompasses the entire supply chain for domestic gas utilization, ensuring efficient delivery and sustainable energy solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our operations team as a Field Operator.
## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
The Operator position is central to our mission of providing reliable energy services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high safety standards and operational efficiency across our distribution network.
Your primary duties will include:
* Compressor Management: Overseeing the daily operation and monitoring of high-performance compressor systems.
* CNG Distribution: Executing precise CNG refilling processes at our Mother Station and managing gas distribution logistics at various customer sites.
* Thermal Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring the optimal performance of heat transfer equipment, including heat exchangers, coolers, water heaters, and electric heaters.
* Instrumentation Oversight: Managing and troubleshooting critical instrumentation, such as regulators, control valves, pressure safety valves (PSV), and various industrial valve assemblies.
## Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate a strong technical foundation and a commitment to operational excellence. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience within the Oil & Gas or manufacturing sectors. Prior experience in a gas distribution company is highly preferred.
* Educational Background: Minimum of a vocational high school diploma (SMK/STM) or high school graduate, with a preference for candidates with a background in Mechanical Engineering.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to facilitate reporting and administrative tasks.
* Operational Flexibility: Candidates must be comfortable working in a rotating shift schedule and possess the willingness to be deployed for assignments outside of the city.
* Compliance: Must have received the COVID-19 booster vaccination.
