## The Role: Assistant Sortasi
We are currently looking for a diligent Assistant Sortasi to oversee critical quality control operations at our palm oil mills. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our production standards remain second to none through meticulous monitoring and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to perform the following core duties:
* Operational Oversight: Supervising the daily grading operations at the palm oil mill (PKS) to ensure efficiency.
* Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) received, ensuring they strictly adhere to internal corporate standards.
* Verification: Maintaining consistent quality standards for both internally and externally sourced FFB.
* Reporting: Preparing and verifying daily sortation reports and comprehensive recaps for management review.
* Maintenance: Ensuring that the sortation area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this professional role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Possess a D4 or S1 degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or Agronomy with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
2. Professional Experience: Proven track record with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a sortation assistant role.
3. Physical and Mental Fitness: Must be in excellent physical and mental health to perform the required duties.
4. Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at our plantation sites located in Kalimantan or Sumatra.
