In July 2025, PT Donggi Senoro LNG is inviting motivated professionals to join its esteemed team. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer to support our growing operations.
## Position: LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer
This role is integral to the commercial success of our LNG distribution, requiring a high level of precision, analytical capability, and industry expertise.
Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of commercial and operational duties, including:
* Annual Delivery Program (ADP) Development: Compiling necessary data to establish LNG shipping schedules and buyer projections, ensuring timely delivery negotiations.
* Contract Management: Coordinating and negotiating with buyers to implement Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) effectively, including managing price adjustments and contractual compliance.
* Operational Execution: Managing cargo documentation, port authority filings, and loading instructions to ensure seamless, compliant, and timely shipments.
* Inventory Management: Proposing weekly inventory management plans, coordinating with field personnel, and forecasting future shipping schedules.
* Commercial Documentation: Drafting cargo-related invoices based on JCC calculations and managing spot cargo agreements.
* Logistics Coordination: Implementing vessel management and spot ship charter programs to guarantee optimal vessel availability.
* Financial Reporting: Preparing departmental budgets, monitoring expenditures, and generating accurate internal and external reports.
Professional Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is highly preferred.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant commercial work experience within the oil and gas industry is required.
* Employment Status: This is a permanent position, subject to a three-month probationary period.
