## Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Commissioning Engineer
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the pre-operational and operational phases of our facility. Your daily functions will include:
* System Testing and Analysis: Executing comprehensive testing procedures, including motor solo runs, fan and pump performance evaluations, and full-load testing.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical issues involving pumps, fans, valves, and other critical balance-of-plant equipment.
* Site Management and Reporting: Performing systematic site observations, drafting detailed field reports, and actively monitoring ongoing site challenges to ensure project timelines are met.
* Commissioning Oversight: Managing, coordinating, and supervising the commissioning workflow for various Power Plant systems to ensure full operational readiness.
* Precision Tool Utilization: Operating specialized diagnostic equipment, including vibration meters, temperature guns, and other advanced mechanical testing apparatus.
## Qualifications and Professional Requirements
To ensure the success of the Suralaya 9 & 10 project, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
* Experience: At least 5 years of proven professional experience within the Power Plant, EPC, or heavy construction sectors. Previous experience working within a Korean corporate environment is considered a significant advantage.
* Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory for reporting and inter-departmental communication.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and proficiency in CAD software or other industry-standard technical drawing tools.
* Availability: Candidates must be willing to be stationed permanently at the Suralaya, Cilegon, Banten site. Please note that this role operates under a non-rotational schedule and is offered on a contract basis.
