Currently, PT Elevenia Digital Teknologi Sukses is seeking ambitious, creative individuals to join our second cohort of the Design Management Program.

* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of professional experience.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
* Portfolio Excellence: A robust portfolio that highlights your design and prototyping skills, supported by comprehensive documentation.
* Technical Proficiency: A working knowledge of mobile development (Kotlin or Swift) and familiarity with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities paired with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* Program Commitment: Availability for a one-year full-time training program followed by a one-year professional service commitment.
