This role is critical in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our site-based HR and General Services operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain precise administrative records and manage daily HR and General Services processes on-site.
* Generate comprehensive monthly reports, including overtime tracking, employee benefits, attendance monitoring, and database updates.
* Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders.
* Manage employee administration, encompassing employment contracts, BPJS Employment (BPJSTK), and BPJS Health documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess strong organizational skills and a proactive work ethic. The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Human Resource Management.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates, though individuals with at least one year of relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply.
